By far my favorite artist with a TON of variety in their projects, ranging from pop to rage to drone to ambient to shoegaze

definitely worth checking out.

listened to the new EP. definitely a lot more pop than I was expecting from what music I have heard from them previously. not my preference but still good. if i had to pick a favorite track probably Magic I Want U? i liked the instrumental

Personally my favorite trip hop album is Psyence Fiction by UNKLE. I find the variety on that album to be really refreshing and engaging where other trip hop albums sometimes start to have tracks blend together and feel samey. That being said, I do really enjoy massive attack (I just cant take the one song seriously because of House MD). That reminds me actually, right when I started getting into them I lost all my data. To slsk I go!

What stuff have you heard from Jane? I know you have heard kodak moment and your clothes because of my files, but a lot of her discography has slower dreamy songs that I think would be more up your alley. If you haven't given all of Frailty a listen I would highly recommend it, its one of those cohesive projects that works best when listened all the way through IMO. You also may enjoy Census Designated as it has a lot of shoegaze elements.

psyence fiction is good, havent listened to it in a long time though. should give it a listen again

i knew about teardrop before house m.d. so learning that song was the house m.d. opening was really funny. (i think i first heard that pack from an old etterna pack, vsrg charting minipack 1 i think. even funnier i think the chart was considered pretty bad)

what other artist that play, played etterna you guys know, besides kazye i know temma and aquellex played etterna

those are the only artists i can think of off the top of my head (unless you count people who technically make music but arent really known for it outside of the etterna community, like dour, stargroup/cosmovibe, choof, sjplus etc.). i know frums and kurorak played ffr but i dont think either have ever touched etterna. i think maybe zaghurim played etterna a bit when the odi revival was going on?

also ive been listening to a lot of ZUN's stuff recently because i bought a bunch of his music cds at a convention recently and ripped them myself (lossless log 100% + cue, could upload these to redacted but obviously they were uploaded 9 years ago)



honestly kind of crazy how many of these are chartable yet haven't been. tracks i'm particularly considering charting:

月の妖鳥、化猫の幻 (just a really cool track in general, mostly 4/4 but has some 6/4 bits. time signature changes in my 2hu music can you believe it)
過去の花 〜 Fairy of Flower (lots of 32nd bursts in this)
幻想機械 〜 Phantom Factory (so many 32nd streams)
六十年目の東方裁判 〜 Fate of Sixty Years (just a really great track in general)
デザイアドライブ (desire drive. honestly this feels even more chartable than the remixes ive seen charted)

recently discovered that goetia doesn't only do -45-like gothic trance

cool stuff, sounds like dnb combined with some sound design experiments, recommend to check this album if you want to listen to something noisy

about chartable music thats is not charted, there is surprisingly low amount of demetori, dbu, halozy, touhou covers in general charted compared with for example o2jam, i thought people like that music here also

i have a dbu wip from a long time ago that i never finished. was for this track: Cinderella Cage ～ とおりゃんせ
probably wouldve been charted similar to nemesis in etterna echelon pack. i was considering finishing it for dour's touhou pack but i was too occupied with finishing up last minute charts for world of corruption instead

re: demetori and halozy i've thought about charting both of them before but never actually tried

i've also thought about restepping particle observer since i really like the song but don't like autotelic's chart of it
