banter is fine but realize that banter requires a mutual agreement to talk shit and have fun doing so. if this tacit contract does not exist then it's just harassment

hating on charts/packs is fine as long as the hating is limited to the chart/pack contents and you're actually making a point while doing so. if you're just saying something like "hahaha grape cola fuckin sux amirite" you are adding no value to counterweight your hating

use common sense to know what else is and isn't acceptable. if you are not sure whether something is ok or not then assume it isn't

admins/mods can and will ban for any reason they want; this is just a guideline. though generally moderation in this forum will be in order to curate quality of discussion and atmosphere rather than policing opinion
