no more using pomf/catbox/whatever

this was motivated by two things:

1. pomf is shutting down (like a week after i started recommending it too). this has lowered my confidence in external hosts in general (not that it was high to begin with. shoutouts to photobucket and tinypic) 2. between how small scoreposts are and how slow this forum is there's not really a concern for me running out of space even with how little storage this VPS has. filesize cap is still quite limited though so there isn't the possibility of the forum's storage getting choked by a few massive videos getting uploaded. maybe i'll make the cap bigger in the future so charts can be uploaded too but keeping it conservative for now

if you want to attach files theres an area for it when posting below the main posting window. you upload the file, click "add the file", then click "place inline" to place it inline like what i did for the attachment above
