| was browsing through some old ez2dj tracks and found something i couldn't help but chart. so i whipped up a simfile today for Lee Jong-phil's Y-Gate, though i don't have any graphics for it -> you can dl it here <- 15.35msd, pretty straightforward. some fun, groovy 16th rhythms, shit makes me wanna get up and dance i tried 3 times to quad this and couldn't get it. best i got was 99.95% 4p, so someone should beat that the main idea of this chart is to create groove and rhythm where the track lacks it. most of the rhythmic accents and motifs favor the vocals, and the percussion is only used as a grounding element. one of those charts where if i followed the track exactly, it would have ended up being pretty boring - it's one of those you gotta feel and let loose with. make sure you can hear your keytaps! |

![]() when i allowed that sort of dumping-ish style for lower world this is the kind of stuff i was hoping to get. real glad to have another chart like this in the pack (side note subs are technically closed but if you send something real good like this i'll yoink it anyway) i will say that the 32nd stream + jack part does feel a bit out of place. like i get its climax theory but it doesnt flow like the rest of the chart imo. think its mainly the 32nd stream's fault heres a liveplay video since you said you wanted to hear those keytaps (ft. a neat new forum feature (quick edit: also the audios kinda quiet on this chart i think) |

sick AAA, and i'm glad you liked it! the dumping-ish style is precisely what i was going for here, probably the only time i feel like i really pulled it off out of my lower world charts fixed that and updated the link about the audio that's the loudest i was able to find, and amplifying it at all in audacity caused it to clip, but i'll probably dm you something soon that works around that. maybe using limiter but it can sometimes result in questionable quality |
