Post subject:  thoughts on packs you dont want to dedicate a whole thread for
title says it all. basically just for stuff like giving quick thoughts on new releases. doesnt have to be new though so feel free to do a retrospective on some old shit you wanna talk about

starting off by saying i took a look at f1lth7's grand buffet since I remember seeing them post a few neat looking wips in #charting-general. seems like its mostly a 50/50 split between chordjack dumps and stream dumps most comparable to vale/grape cola style. packs pretty fuckin hard overall as is usual for most modern dump packs

some charts that stood out to me (i just skimmed through previews):
  • eve's warning (f1lth7) - stamina mix of flams, polys, and light but anchor heavy chordjacks. patterns look pretty unique and the songs nice
  • magnetic (tonels) - chordjacks to kpop, but theres also a bunch of 32nd js bursts to the vocals which i think give this chart a pretty unique identity
  • Out Law - Reborn (LegendaryHawk) - oh shit, new legendaryhawk dump and its a nvlm restep (sort of). looks really fun, stepped in a similar style to the nvlm chart but way more clean. unfortunately theres two giant longjacks which make this chart not uprateable w/o vibro or similarly heinous techniques, but this looks real fun to acc
  • Waving My Dick In The Wind (f1lth7) - another chordjack/32nd js mix that looks fun
also this pack has a chart of あăȘた by mitssi but it charts chordjacks to a delay version of the song. unforgivable

anyway pack looks decent if you're good at the game and just want more stream/cj shit to push on. nothing special but not bad either, 4/7

its alright. song choice isnt that interesting to me IMO but the layering is neat, reminds me of easier mizuki/bms stuff. mostly very minimal and structured but with some real hard bursts in some charts. favorite chart out of what i played was dist squad, fun repetitive broken js patterns. 4/7
